Tanks/containers

The Plastic Fan Company Limited can manufacture any size tank required from PVC, Polypropylene, PVC/GRP, Celmar/GRP and steel lined tanks with any appropriate inlets, outlets, weirs, overflows or divisions. These may be circular, square or rectangular with or without lids.
The choice is extremely varied.
All large tanks requiring support to the plastic side have steel reinforcing fitted which is fully encased in the same material used in the construction of the tank.

Fabrications

We offer a service where we can fabricate almost anything from metal detector tubes, guttering and guttering modifications, trays, boxes, guards, water distribution troughs, canopies and fume cupboards etc.
In fact, we can adapt our manufacturing process to produce custom made fabrications of varied descriptions, not necessarily related to fume extraction such as brake cooling for cars and grass boxes for lawn mowers.

Accessories

We are able to supply heaters, probes, pH monitors, thermostats and electrical control panels etc. together with any of our equipment to be fitted or as spares.
Our sister company, Insignia Fabrications are specialists in commercial and industrial engraving and sign making. Services offered include the manufacture of business signs, electrical control panels and identification labels, mimic boards, name plates and registered office plates, information, warning and safety signs, graphic labels, key fobs, table and room numbers and die cast engravings.
Labels can be produced from PVC laminate in a wide variety of colours, brass, aluminium, or stainless steel infilled with the colour of your choice, also patterns produced to your specifications and design.
For a more modern approach, nameplates and door labels can be produced in reverse engraved format fitted into either satin anodised aluminium or powder coated frames to match company colours. We also produce tactile and Braille labels to conform to new building regulations.
